Recently, Timetm Magazine stated that Allan Greenspan's expected compensation after his retirement from the Federal Reserve would be $150,000 per speaking engagement. That is approximately equal to his $180,000 annual salary in his position at the Fed. Fortunately for you, Susan doesn't cost that much! Yet, you STILL will be happy with your investment!

Fees for speaking at a conference or meeting:
Fees vary depending on length of speech, whether training or straight speech, and whether breakouts are included. Do keep in mind that there are numerous ways to pay for a speaker that might have a fee above your budget; for example, you can get a sponsoring company to pay for my fee, in exchange for them receiving sponsorship signage on the program and on the stage. You may be able to save expenses by sharing member's or CEO's frequent flier miles rather than paying for the flight out-right. Finally, you may find a "sister" organization (or your biggest competitor) to book me the same week, and we may come to a mutually beneficial negotiated price for you both.
